Return Policy

For all return requests and possible damaged product claims. Please contact us at hello@bobbinsand.com.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email once your request is approved. Please send the item back to us within 15 business days. Upon receipt & inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return results from our error or if the product was received damaged or defective.
